1. 📚 Create AI Knowledge Base

You can create as many AI Knowledge content as you want, it is very simple to add knowledge for your AI Agents.

Sample AI Knowledge Base Document

Step 1: Open the Add Knowledge modal in the AI Knowledge menu (check screenshot below)

Step 2: Give it a Knowledge Title (required)

• Enter a clear, descriptive title
• Tip: include the topic + source + date, e.g. “IBM RAG Overview — Jun 2025” so it’s easy to identify later.

Step 3: Add Content as Knowledge Base (one of these is required)

You must provide at least one of: a link, a file, or a text description. The “Add to Knowledge Base” button stays disabled until you satisfy this plus the title.
