Add Custom External Scheduling

Use Custom External Scheduling when you want customers to book appointments through an external scheduler such as Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot, a clinic scheduler, or another booking link.

What This Setup Does

Custom External Scheduling lets you add one or more scheduling options that appear inside the Bakstage.AI widget. Each option can have its own title, description, meeting type, scheduler link, and physical address.

Use this when:

• You already use an external booking system.
• You have multiple locations or appointment types.
• You want customers to choose the right scheduling option before booking.
• You want the scheduler to open directly inside the widget, with an option to open it in a new tab.

Step 1: Open Scheduling Settings

Go to the dashboard scheduling page:

In the Scheduling Mode section, choose one of the available modes:

• Scheduling Off: Hides scheduling from the customer widget.
• Default In-Built Scheduler: Uses Bakstage.AI’s built-in scheduling flow with agent groups.
