How to enable/disable live text chat?

  1. Visiting Settings page in your Bakstage.AI dashboard as shown below and toggle “Enable Live Text Chat” in the Organization settings.

Where do agents chat from?

You should also see a chat option in the side bar of dashboard - this is the screen where you can see:

  1. 💬 Live Chat with your customers
  2. 📜 History of all chats
  3. ⚠️ Important: Any of your agents can respond to any of the chats - so use this feature with caution
