Key things to remember:

1. Connect Agent Calendar - Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 Calendar
2. Create Agent Groups - you need at least one agent group with one agent to enable scheduling
3. Scheduling Links: The platform automatically generates scheduling link for each agent and each agent group. Use either of them for your customers to start booking meetings with your agents or team.
4. Round-robin/Group Assignment: System automatically show availability of the agens depending on the chosen time and date by the customers. If multiple agents are available at the slot then system assigns meeting based on round-robin (i.e. agent with minimum meeting gets booked first).
5. Let Agent Book Meetings: Agents can book meetings using dashboard directly (check 1st video above).
   1. Cancel Meetings from agent dashboard
   2. Reschedule meeting (coming soon) from agent dashboard - right now jus cancel and send a new invite.
6. Enable Scheduling: Use settings to enable scheduling for customers to see the scheduling option in our Smart Widget.
