Note: Keep your customers happy and engaged! Set your business hours and get familiar with agent availability. You'll receive live call alerts only during your available times. Otherwise, we'll capture the query for you to address later and send you a notification via Slack!
Step 1: Navigate to Settings → Organization
Step 2: Click on the edit icon under the section “Hours & Availability” and choose your preferred time-zone and general hours of availability for our business.

Step 3: Update your availability as an agent. You'll receive live call alerts only when your availability window falls within the general business hours and your status is set to 'Available'.
